The Ancient Roman themed arsenal is led lead by KATAKLYSM frontman Maurizio Iacono, have released a teaser for their upcoming video “The Final War (Battle of Actium)”
The song also features a guest solo appearance from Karl Sanders of NILE. The clip will be released on March 15 (Ides of March) in honour of the god of war, Mars. The clip is sure to create an impact worthy of the Roman empire!
Vocalist Maurizio Iacono recently stated about the video:
“After much discussion with the director Ivan Collic we decided to go with ‘The Final War (Battle Actium)’ as the next video clip for Romulus. I love the song ‘In Her Dark Embrace’, which was initially the planned video track, but we’ve decided to bring the whole production one step higher and film ‘The Final War (Battle Actium)’. The story line is amazing for this song and we will be able to capture not only Roman battle scenes and all the blood you want, but also the true story behind the war that turned Rome from a republic into an Empire. We’re going full force with this one!”
